Mizuno Wave Sky 2 Tri Review
Reporter chris likes the softness.
Mizuno wave sky 2 tri review. An update to the wave sky 2 this new version has a softer smoother ride than its predecessor thanks to a blend of u4ic u4icx and the all new xpop foams in the midsole. Though there were few updates from the original the wave sky 2 is still a brand new shoe that shines all on its own. The mizuno wave sky 2 is a sturdy durable long run shoe like your favorite training partner mizuno s wave sky 2 provides supportive comfort. Aerohug is the use of a layer of fabric that wraps the foot in the midfoot to give the midfoot and arch a secure but cushioned feeling.
The biggest difference in the first and second version is the incorporation of the mizuno aerohug upper technology. Mizuno s wave sky 2 is a comfy neutral cushioned road shoe that feels fantastic right out of the box with a plushness that is uncommon for mizuno historically. A mizuno loyalist might want to consider using the excellent wave shadow 2 as a short to a mid mileage trainer and race day shoe with the wave sky 2 used for longer run days and as a post race recovery shoe. Though there were few updates from the original the wave sky 2 is still a brand new shoe that shines all on its own.
