New Water Pump Making Noise

So why would a brand new water pump make noise like this which after.

If the well pump is a submersible unit located inside the well normally the only noise you ll observe in the building is the clicking of the pump control relay s that turn the pump on or off and possibly a modest sound of water entering the water pressure tank or building piping. If the pump is making more noise than usual it is likely that one or more bearing is worn.
