Orbi Satellite Ethernet Ports Not Working

But like the other people who have posted when i detach the 8 port ethernet switch connected to the router the other ports on the orbi router start working again.

Orbi satellite ethernet ports not working. It makes more sense if orbi supported both wired and wireless at full speed. I just installed orbi rbk50. Seriously why even bother with the 3 4 ethernet ports on the back if wired backhaul does not work. Resetting the router occasionally starts working but go.

Hi i am using orbi router for last 2 months just fine. Unfortunately they dropped a large ball when it came to wired side of things. It was very easy to install but one problem. Satellite is connected with devices attached but when i plug anything into the lan ports they don t get an ip.

Rebooting the router does not help. The wifi is fine although it s died a couple times but came back when i did a reset. I requested a replacement kit from amazon and got the new one set up tested the lan ports with the satellite 2 feet from the router once i got the router satellite configured and the firmware updated on both to 1 4 0 18.
