Put on your turn signal. With a few tries you should be able to get the feel of parallel parking and impress your driving instructor. Just signal that you re about to leave the curb pull out and alongside the car in front of you signal toward the curb again and start over. Parallel parking is more intimidating to most new drivers than your typical perpendicular parking the kind you do in most parking lots.
